Help Improve Perinatal Mental Health Care in Delaware!

The Delaware Behavioral Health Consortium (BHC), is partnering with Bowling Business Strategies (BBS) to conduct a statewide assessment of perinatal mental health in Delaware. The assessment is designed to better understand the current landscape of perinatal mental health services, identify system strengths, gaps, and barriers to access and care, and develop actionable recommendations for the Governor and General Assembly, as directed by House Concurrent Resolution 82 (HCR 82). This survey is one component of the statewide assessment and is intended to gather perspectives from a broad range of Delaware stakeholders.

Completing this survey will take approximately 10 – 20 minutes, and it is open for responses now through Friday, August 14, 2026.
