The Office of the Lt. Governor is honored to acknowledge the milestones of Delawareans. Through this process, our office reserves the right to modify draft language or deny any request. Decisions to complete requests are made at the discretion of the Office of the Lt. Governor.

  • Requests must be made by and for a Delaware Resident.
  • Please make requests at least two weeks in advance of your deadline.
