Kenneth Dunn is a lifelong resident and small business owner in New Castle County, Delaware with special interests in community service, improvement, and outreach. 

He is the New Castle County, Deputy Manager of Land Use, where he is the primary interface on handling constituent complaints, inquiries and referrals from Legislators, County Council, the Governor’s Office, as well as County and State Departments.

Dunn retired as Senior Sergeant after 35 years of service with the New Castle County Paramedic Services.  During his tenure, Dunn handled many tense or critical medical emergencies that required immediate or remedial action.

He is  a facilitator of Narcan to the community and Volunteer Fire Companies in the ever-increasing fight against accidental  medical overdoses and death.  He is also a community partner with maintenance corporations and civic associations within New Castle County.
