Dr. Lynn Morrison was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Brandywine Counseling & Community Services, Inc. (BCCS) in 2009. BCCS is now the largest service provider of comprehensive behavioral health treatment in the state of Delaware.

She began her career at BCCS as a Substance Abuse Counselor before advancing into positions of greater responsibility. Under Dr. Morrison’s leadership, the organization now serves more than 4700 unduplicated clients monthly in treatment. Since 2018, she has doubled the BCCS annual budget from $9 million to $18 million by increasing the organization’s footprint across Delaware, increasing access to care for hard-to-reach individuals in highly at-risk communities, and implementing innovative outreach programs like mobile treatment units and services for the unhoused.  In a recent satisfaction survey, more than 90% of surveyed clients agreed that BCCS helped them achieve a reduction in alcohol and drug misuse, improve inter-personal relationships, and increase problem solving skills.
